We had a fantastic experience with the floating sauna, made even better by Mac and Zack. They took such good care of us from start to finish and were warm, attentive, and genuinely generous with their time. The sauna itself was exceptional. Set in a remote and beautiful part of Clayoquot Sound, it was perfectly hot and incredibly peaceful. It was raining and overcast, which only added to the atmosphere. The recent rains brought out waterfalls along the shoreline and made the surroundings feel even more dramatic and striking. Zack was especially great. He shared lots of interesting information about the region and made sure we were fully set up and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy the sauna. Everything felt easy, well organized, and unrushed. A truly memorable experience in a lovely spot. We left feeling relaxed and grateful, and we would absolutely do this again.

My kids and I loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, happily answering all of my kids’ questions. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—right next to the Shelter for great food and just a short walk to shops and art.

Great location, truly excellent service and welcoming staff. Rooms are larger than average, clean and well equipped. The site is on a significant slope so prepare to use the stepped walkways rather than the sloping tracks if you're at all unsteady on your feet.

Such a treat to stay at this beautiful resort. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. Rooms were clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. The gym has new equipment and an amazing view. The resort is in a great central location. No need to drive anywhere as everything is walking distance (excellent restaurants and beautiful walking trails, beaches, etc). The restaurant at the resort (Shelter) was also really great... and only $10 for a coffee and delicious breakfast sandwich. We did the floating sauna tour and hot springs tour while we were there and both were incredible!! An awesome trip, I'll never forget. I can't wait to come back again!

My stay at Tofino Resort + Marina was amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautifully located right on the water, giving you peaceful ocean views all day long. The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The marina area is stunning, and having easy access to boat tours, fishing, and ocean activities is a huge bonus. The on-site restaurant also offers great food with a beautiful view. The resort is close to downtown Tofino, making it easy to explore local shops and beaches. Overall, it’s the perfect spot whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tofino!

We arrived after a white-knuckle drive through an incredible rain storm and were happy to collapse in our third-floor room. We had been given an upgrade to a king suite and it was truly a suite with a separate tv room with sofa and reading lamps. The view was 180 degrees and although it was a grey, rainy day it was still an incredible view, one we turned the two chairs in the room toward. Coffee, hot chocolate and a great selection of tea were offered along with an all-important kettle (I hate trying to make tea through a coffee maker.) The room appeared to be recently renovated with laminate flooring, a neutral palette, and a shower that provided piping hot water. We had dinner at Shelter, the resort's standalone restaurant just below our building. We split an order of fish and chips and one of the best green salads I've ever encountered (properly dressed with a nice contrast of greens to colour.) The resort is a complex of multiple buildings, two once upon a time motel-style buildings, the restaurant, a spa, a laundry room. I understand there is also a marina but we didn't venture past the restaurant in the storm. It is within a 5-10-minute walk to downtown Tofino. I'd definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of visiting Tofino.

I absolutely love the way we were taken care of by Shannon who goes by auntie Shannon! And Nicole who kindly was helping find a tour for my kids, the whole staff is amazing, they provided me and my kids the comfort we needed while we stayed for 7 days, I can’t say enough about the way we felt, I will go back to this resort over and over! They truly are what they say they are! It was safe, clean, location is central to everything, the gym is great and the laundry facilities are convenient! And the rooms are comfortable. Thank you so much again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our family stayed 10 nights from Dec 23rd to Jan 2nd and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We arrived late due to ferry delays and to our surprise the very kind staff upgraded our room and we only realized it when we got to our room. Thank you very very much for such a thoughtful surprise! The staff here are wonderful! Thank you to Eva, Shannon and Lindsay for making our stay memorable and our furbabies loved the pets. The room was clean, spacious, linen was soft, bed was comfortable, and view was beautiful! The location is central, quick walk to town and quick drive to chesterman beach where we visited everyday during our stay and loved it! We’d definitely come back and would love to stay here again!
